Why don't we allow the Kohen to spritz 4 times the blood, if Aseh is Doche Lo Saaseh? Tosfos says that any safek that comes because of a Pshiah loses the ability to do Aseh Doche Lo Saaseh, and the Kohen mixed the blood together its a pshiah.. Gedolah Teshuva Shedoche Lo Saaseh ShebaTorah.. Can my Aseh be Doche your Lo Saaseh... Even though we did aveiros and it was our Pshiah, Hashem still takes us back Sugya: עשה דוחה לא תעשה
