Teshuva Turns Our Aveiros Into Mitzvos

There are two levels of Teshuva: Teshuva M'Yirah and Teshuva Me'Ahava.. If a person does Teshuva MeAhava, there is no Machzir Gerushaso, because he never did it! Why is Teshuva different? V'Chaim Bahem- if its true for a Guf, it is definitely true for the neshama Sugya: עשה דוחה לא תעשה
