A Journey Through the Tanya
Rabbi Yossi Lipskier
The Tanya is the fundamental work of Chabad Chassidic thought. Its author is Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi, known as the Alter Rebbe. In 1796, he printed this comprehensive guidebook, a program for living an inspired Jewish life. Two and a half centuries later, the world has changed. Radically. Yet Rabbi Shneur Zalman’s methods, disciplines and insights remain true, refreshing and relevant as ever. These classes were given at Chabad of Sherman Oaks, CA. The series began in Kislev 5781 (December 2020) and concluded in Kislev 5784 (December 2023), covering a new chapter every Wednesday night.

Is there ever an end to struggle? The answer may not be easy to swallow. But the truth always sets us free.
